Flook's Cold Brew with Sakura Oat Cold Foam

Cold brew topped with cherry blossom flavored Chobani® Oatmilk cold foam. Recipe by Piyapat "Flook" Lapteerawut.
Wash salts out of the pickled cherry blossom (double washing is highly recommended).
Add 10g of Sakura powder (for coloring), sugar, and hot water; stir.
Steep the cherry blossom and syrup for at least 30 minutes.
Pour oatmilk into small blender and add cherry blossom syrup, 1-2 small ice cubes, and Sakura powder (for coloring); blend.
Put mixture into whipped cream dispenser and charge dispenser with N2O gas to create the cold foam.
Prepare a full cup of ice.
Pour cold brew into a cup, making sure to leave 1 inch of space at top for the cold foam.
Top it off with cherry blossom cold foam to serve.
