Chobani® Vanilla Blended Greek Yogurt makes these muffins moist and marvelously mouthwatering.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place liners in 2 12-count muffin tins.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flours, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together yogurt, bananas, sugar, oil, and egg. Add dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until combined.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
