Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the walnuts on a rimmed baking sheet and toast until golden, 5 minutes. Set aside to cool before chopping.
Step 2
Whisk the shallots, vinegar, honey, orange juice and lime juice together in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Slowly whisk in the olive oil, then the Chobani and walnuts and mix well. Serve over a salad of your choosing.
