Build A Bike Expo

Chobani is a sponsor of the 7th Annual Build a Bike Health & Wellness Expo which will take place in the Utica Auditorium, in Utica, NY!  This program’s focus is to collect bikes, refurbish them and distribute them to unfortunate children in the community.  Last year they gave away 506 bikes and their goal this year is to give away 600 bikes!  On the day of the event, the kids pick out a bike, they are fitted for a helmet and taught how to maintain their bicyle, while promoting bike safety and health and wellness.  Chobani will be donating Chobani Champions bike helmet covers to every kid that particpates!

NY FFA Convention

This year Chobani is a sponsor of the Empire Degree Luncheon at the 2012 NYS Future Farmers of American Convention at VVS High School in Verona, NY!  The Empire Degree is the highest degree a New York FFA member can earn.  This degree is usually earned by Juniors and Seniors in high school agricultural programs.

Clinton Canoe Regatta Hall of Fame Banquet

Chobani is a proud sponsor of the Hall of Fame Tent at the 50th Annual General Clinton Canoe Regatta in Bainbridge, NY!  This regatta attracts more than 2,000 paddlers from around the world competing in 50 different races.  The regatta culminates with the 70 mile endurance race from Cooperstown to Bainbridge, the world’s longest 1 day flat water canoe race with world class athletes!  The Hall of Fame Tent will recognize and celebrate athletes and volunteers that have been involved with this race over the last 50 years.

CMH Golf Tournament

Chobani will be handing out Chobani parfaits to the golfers particpating in the charitable golf event for the Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, NY!  This event will be raising money for the Chenango Memorial Hospital Foundation and will take place in the Canasawacta Country Club.  Chobani will also be featured on the menu for the dinner that evening.

Farm Fest

There’s always something fun going on at the farm!  Chobani will be attending Farm Fest in Verona, NY at the Van Lieshout Family Farm and handing out free cups of CHO to farmers and families!  The afternoon and evening offer educational and fun activities for all ages including displays, exhibits and demonstrations, pony and hayrides, tours of the farm, a hay maze, petting zoo and much more!
