Honey Chobani-Covered Frozen Blueberries

If you’re anything like us, your kitchen is chock-full of fresh summer fruit right now. We may have gotten a little too excited over a blueberry sale this week…oops!

With 3 pints staring us in the face and a major heat wave in NY, we knew what had to be done.

This easy peasy recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. The only tough part is waiting an hour for the berries to freeze!

You’ll need:

- 1 pint of blueberries

- Toothpicks

- Honey Chobani (or Plain with your own honey mixed in)

- Baking sheet

Directions:

1. Thoroughly rinse off your blueberries and let them dry off.

2. Using a toothpick, dip a blueberry into the Chobani.

3. With another toothpick, push the yogurt-covered berry onto a baking sheet.

4. Repeat until you have a whole tray!

5. Freeze for 60 minutes.

It’s best to keep these tasty treats in the freezer right up until you’re ready to munch on them. They’ll start to melt after about 5 minutes at room temperature, but we highly doubt they’ll last that long without people eating them all!
