Work your abs, core and glutes with 3 simple yoga (and yogurt) inspired exercises. Follow trainer, Steve Pfiester, through each demonstration to learn how to get the most of this short and effective workout.

#1 Core

10 Seconds of Plank to 10 Seconds of Upward Facing Dog

(repeat 10 times)

#2 Glutes

10 Sunbird 3-Position Leg Lifts (10 each, straight, 45ª, 90º)

(repeat 3 times)

#3 Core & Obliques 

10 Plank + Knee to Opposite Elbow (each side, 20 times total)

(repeat 3 times)
