Team Chobani was in Denver for FNCE–the American Dietetic Association’s annual Food and Nutrition Conference. The event has recently been dubbed Fashion week of the nutrition World.

It was an amazing show and so busy. The Chobani booth had at least 20 people at all times waiting for their free cup of Chobani. We practically ran out of yogurt, which means we gave away almost 5,000 cups of Chobani while we were there. Wowsers!
Possibly more amazing than being at the actual show, was Chobani’s first annual FNCE dinner.
On Saturday 10/17, we hosted 15 of the country’s leading supermarket RDs to an eventing filled with amazing food, wine, and conversation. This all-star event took place at Beatrice & Woodsley — one of the most amazing restaurants I’ve been to (second only to Alinea in Chicago.)

I’ve never seen a restaurant with a cooler atmosphere. You could tell that every detail, down to the bathroom light fixtures, had been perfectly thought out. There were actually white birch growing throughout the dining room with rustic props dabbled throughout the decor, like chainsaws and lanterns.
The chefs were so wonderful to work with an constructed a mouth-watering menu with Chobani. Here’s a rundown of our three-course menu:

Date filled with mascrapone in a Chobani, olive oil emulsion
APPETIZER
Carrot Ginger Tart w/ Chobani and spiced mango chutney
Curried Potato; Onion Soup with wildflower honey Chobani mousse
