It is our great pleasure to introduce our featured blogger this week. While she does not claim to be a foodie or chef by any means, she is a huge CHO fan and her blog touches upon two very important values of Chobani- health and nothing-but-good happiness. We all know that life is a bumpy road, but as this delightful blogger points out, it is the struggles that make us stronger and encourage us to appreciate our happiness all the more. As this young editor faces the daily challenges of a life-threatening disease, she maintains a positive, healthy outlook- even managing to complete her first 5K this year! We encourage you to check out her survey answers here and head over to her blog for more daily inspiration! Thanks for sharing, Kath!

Why: I’ve always loved writing. A blog gave me the opportunity to exercise my skills while sharing my story of living with cystic fibrosis.

The one thing your readers would never guess about you: I was lucky enough to visit the set of “Gilmore Girls” my senior year of high school and meet all the cast members!
Thanks so much, Katharine, for giving us a sneak peek into your world and inspiring us all on your blog! With each cup of Chobani, you help to support BEF, the Boomer Esiason Foundation, in their fight for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. For more information on BEF and how you can help, please visit their website and be sure to ask Katharine for other ways you can lend your support!
Now, everyone, head on over to From A to Pink because she will be hosting a GIVEAWAY for a FREE case of CHO!
Join us next week. We’ll feature another awesome blogger! ‘Til then, see you in the blogosphere!

As the sun came up, Team CHOmobile pulled onto beautiful Nantasket Beach and set up near the community beach house with a great view of the ½ mile and 1 mile swim courses. Several hundred swimmers, spectators, volunteers and organizers were present, and you can be certain that Chobani was a welcome addition to the continental breakfast of muffins and coffee. The pre-event excitement was palpable as the swimmers zipped themselves into wetsuits (in July, even South Shore beaches have COLD water!) and headed down to “starting line” on the far end of the beach. Seventeen minutes and forty seconds later, the first swimmers began emerging from the water and jogging through to their finish, and 20 minutes later most of the swimmers were done. All in all, the Nantasket Beach swim raised over $300,000 for SAA!
